We will no longer be searching for tree services and WILL ALWAYS CALL MILAM’S should we need tree service. We are highly impressed with their services and have used them twice. Once to cut a precarious large branch, and yesterday to take down a lightening damaged and decaying nearly 70 foot elm tree, a magnificent, yet damaged and dangerous tree. Their quote was $1500 less than a prior quote from another tree service, that happened to be cutting trees in the neighborhood, and $500 less than the same tree service had they left the limbs. The other tree service said that several other tree might be damaged in the process and that we might have to pull out part of our fencing and cut down a tree close to the elm. We had no clean up outside of the tarp over the fish pond, (our decision). When cutting the trunk down I told them to not worry about the flowers around the base, to just be safe. NOT one flower or plant was damaged! I can’t even do that when I’m weeding. The four young men were professional and no nonsense. They had the tree down in 1 hour and 10 minutes. We really thought that it was going to be a 4-5 hour job. THANK YOU Milam’s for a job well done!
